Mels Life: Happy Birthday LP!

Yesterday LP and I celebrated his birthday super low-key in Bethesda. I took him to two of my favorite places Food & Wine Co. and Vino Volo. We talked about life, growth, and the future. We both have come so far and it is always a good time strolling down memory lane.

My Birthday was this past Tuesday June 14th...I am now the ripe age of 24! I seriously feel like just the other day I was 12 running up and down Jamaica lol. I hope 24 brings lots of opportunities, growth, happiness, and prosperity.

Happy Birthday to the voice, to the hair, to the diva that is Chaka Khan. 
If I ever cut my locs..i will be getting big Chaka... Chaka Khan hair!
